DoD Enterprise Zero Trust Implementation

AditCorps partnered with the Department of Defense to design and implement a zero-trust security architecture across a distributed enterprise network spanning multiple installations. The engagement replaced a legacy perimeter-based security model with continuous identity verification, micro-segmentation, and least-privilege access controls.

Our cleared cybersecurity team conducted a full network assessment, mapped data flows and access patterns, and rolled out zero-trust controls in coordinated phases to avoid mission disruption. A 24/7 security operations center was stood up to provide continuous monitoring and automated threat response.

The engagement also included extensive staff training and documentation to ensure the client's internal teams could sustain and extend the architecture after transition.

Results

  • Reduced mean incident response time by 40%
  • Deployed zero-trust architecture across 12,000+ endpoints
  • Achieved full compliance with DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture
  • Zero major security incidents since go-live
